Last night, my mind was going through the pro's and con's of the decision that I've made.

I love flying, it has been my one true passion for most of my life - a definite pro.

I love to win, but I love it even more when Mac's my partner - a con, definitely a con.

I would leave behind my friends, a great career, a fantastic partner - all con's.

I wouldn't get to see little AJ grow up - another for the con column.

Let's see, one item for the pro's and..........five con's!
